Matthew Gile

Matthew Gile is a founder, partnership builder, and relationship-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, higher education, nonprofit leadership, humanitarian work, workforce development, and innovation.

He has founded and led mission-driven ventures focused on education, affordable housing, emerging technology, and community impact. His work has included building partnerships among academic institutions, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, investors, developers, and industry leaders to advance complex initiatives and create sustainable programs.

Matthew has helped secure grant funding, raise private investment, support large-scale development proposals, and design workforce and educational programs. He has also expanded leadership and mentorship initiatives across universities in the United States, connecting students and institutions with experienced business and community leaders.
